- Subscribers may excerpt and print out, on a limited and fair
dealing basis, selected portions of data from AdviceforInvestors.com for their own
use. In addition, subscribers may quote from any data on the AdviceforInvestors.com
site in any customized report prepared by the subscriber provided that all copyright and
other proprietary notices are retained, and AdviceforInvestors.com is acknowledged as the
source.
- If a Subscriber cancels their subscription to
AdviceforInvestors.com., they must remove all source data obtained during their
subscription from their records, files, archives, internal networks, and electronic files
within 90 days of lapse of subscription.
Note: Where MPL Communications Inc. is the licensee of
data, other copyrights will be identified and must be retained. The appropriate
acknowledgement in this case would be, as an example: "Globe Information
Services Data, source AdviceforInvestors.com"
Trademark Information
All trademarks, trade names, product names, service names, slogans or logos referred to in
this web site are registered or unregistered trademarks of MPL Communications Inc., unless
otherwise indicated, and their use and reproduction is strictly prohibited.
Delay in Services
Neither MPL Communications Inc., nor any of its licensors, officers, directors, employees,
affiliates, agents, representatives or subcontractors shall be liable for any loss or
liability resulting, directly or indirectly, from delays or interruptions due to
electronic or mechanical equipment failures or telephone interconnect problems, regardless
of the cause. MPL Communications Inc. shall have no responsibility to provide you with
access to the services while there is interruption of the MPL Communications Inc. systems.
Changes in Services
MPL Communications Inc. may discontinue or change any of its services, or its availability
to you, at any time and without notice and you agree to be bound by such changes.
Changes in Terms of Use
MPL Communications Inc. reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of its
services. Such modifications may include, without limitation, changes in prices,
implementation of rules for use by you, and discontinuance of functional aspects of the
MPL Communications Inc. group of services. MPL Communications Inc. may also add, withdraw
or modify databases within the services at any time at its sole discretion. Any changes
will be displayed online, and such display shall constitute effective notice under any
subscriber agreement on the day MPL Communications Inc. places them on the services.
Fees & Charges
In consideration of your use of the services at MPL Communications Inc., you agree to pay
MPL Communications Inc any and all amounts owing pursuant to a Subscriber Agreement via an
automatic debit to your credit card pursuant to the information you provide and your
authorization, unless MPL Communications Inc. agrees, at its sole discretion, to other
payment arrangements. Any applicable taxes will be payable by you.
The posted rates are displayed online. However, the fees reflected in the rate schedule
are subject to change. Amended terms will be announced online. Any amended rate schedule
shall be deemed accepted by you if you use the MPL Communications Inc. group of services
in any manner after the effective date of such changes.
Refunds/ Cancellation
Your subscription to any of the services at MPL Communications
Inc. will continue until you notify us by electronic mail, fax, or by telephone of your
decision to terminate your subscription. Once notified, subscriptions will terminate at
the next renewal date.
Refunds are not available for part months. For subscribers who cancel and who have paid for subscriptions in advance,
any refund owing will be prorated.

Termination
MPL Communications Inc. reserves the right to terminate access to this web site and/or any
information, services or products made available on this web site at any time. In
particular and without limiting the generality of the foregoing, if you have subscribed to
any products or services made available on this web site, MPL Communications Inc. may
immediately terminate your access to these services or products if (1) you have not paid
all amounts owing to MPL Communications Inc. when due; or (2) you have breached any of
these terms of use.
Password Disclosure
