VIEWING INSIDER TRADING REPORTS ON SEDI.CA (System of Electronic Disclosure by Insiders) To view insider trading reports, we link you to the Canadian Securities Administrators Web Site, sedi.ca. To save you time,we've linked you directly to a page where you can see the most current information quickly. The SEDI link below will take you to a page entitled View Summary Reports. At the top of that page there are detailed search instructions. Further down the page, the site offers you four options for insider trading searches. Select Weekly Summary. This gives you all recent insider trading information for Canadian companies. You can download reports (PDF files) for one, two, and three week periods. All these summaries are listed alphabetically by company name.The other three options on the page require you to enter more detailed criteria for insider trades. If you search is more specific, you may wish to use one of these options. To go directly to insider trading, click on sedi.ca.
