[CNW] Falcon Oil & Gas Ltd. Comments on Inaccuracies in Vilaggazdasag News Story Referenced by Bloomberg


	    BUDAPEST, Hungary, Jan. 10 /CNW/ -- Falcon Oil & Gas Ltd. (TSXV: FO)
("Falcon") and its wholly-owned subsidiary, TXM Energy LLC ("TXM") have
announced that a Bloomberg Press news story dated today, January 10, 2007 (the
"Bloomberg story"), quotes a local newspaper, Vilaggazdasag, which contains
information that is entirely false and misleading.  Dr. Gyorgy Szabo was not
contacted or interviewed by Vilaggazdasag.
	    Falcon/TXM and Dr. Szabo made the following official statement:
